Nets to Help You Capture Your Days

If you don’t intentionally seize your days, they will pass by, virtually unnoticed.

Until one day you look back and wonder.

“Where did my life go?”

Don’t let this happen to you.

Treat each day like the unique and special gift that it is. Capture them, inspect them, give each of them a chance to stand out from the others.

You need to purposefully slow down the passing of your days.

You need “nets” to “capture” your days and make each one unique and special.

The good news is these nets are readily available, completely free, and ready for you to pick them up whenever you are ready to.

Here are three nets you can use to capture your days.

  • Go For a Walk – Take a walk outside every day. Get in tune with the slow pace of nature. Notice the subtle changes in the seasons.
  • Journaling – Capture your thoughts every day in a journal. Note what is special about each day, lessons learned, and what you have to be grateful for.
  • Mindfulness – Mindfulness helps you stay anchored in the present moment, where all the good stuff is happening. Don’t let your days mindlessly pass by. Practice Mindfulness to be present and accounted for.

The first net helps you notice what is going on outside.

The last two nets help you notice what is going on inside.

Combined they help you capture your days and make each unique and meaningful.
